 Frequently Asked Questions

  • The SEBSA operating and membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. To assure eligibility for all benefits of membership for the current year, membership application and fees should be submitted before January 1st .

  • All corporate members will have their logo with an attached URL on the SEBSA website, be recognized in a “corporate member acknowledgment” slide in the Symposium kiosk, recognized in the newsletter, and be recognized as corporate member in the Symposium program.

  • Each symposium sponsor must be a current corporate member. All symposium sponsors get a copy of the attendees list and are recognized as a symposium sponsor.

  • Sponsoring institution or associate can name up to eight individuals as full members and be recognized with an individual page in the front section of the Membership Directory and Resources Guide. The sponsoring institution or associate will be recognized as a Gold Sponsor on the website and will have a dedicated slide in the SEBSA symposium kiosk.

  • Sponsoring institution or associate can name up to six individuals as full members and be recognized with a half page on the Sponsors’ pages of the Membership Directory and Resources Guide. The sponsoring institution or associate will be recognized as a Silver Sponsor on the website and have a dedicated slide in the SEBSA symposium kiosk.

  • Bronze Corporate Member $200: Sponsoring institution or associate can name up to four individuals as full members and will have a quarter page ad on the Sponsors pages of the Membership Directory and Resources Guide. The sponsoring institution or associate will be recognized as a Bronze Sponsor on the website.
